Yups I missed 4 days. 
my bad. =’(  a lot of events been going on and I’ve been gaining and losing my weight … because of “certain stuff I’m drinking and eating” haha.. 

But I promise you, No more. I have to stick with my word and lose 25 pounds.

4 Butterscotch candy (tempted) - 80 calories

Green Tea to go - 0

Total Intake -  410 calories :)
