I ate healthy food for weekdays. I eat yogurt and banana or any kin fruits. I make sure that I don’t eat after 6pm. No soda or junkfood. I drink A LOT A LOT OF water. and usually when I get hungry I just drink a lot of liquid … for me not to get hungry.
On the weekends, thats when I eat anything I want you know as a reward for the whole weekdays. But i try to watch my calories. and still work out :D
I wasn’t a runner myself. I hated it but .. I had to yanoe. but one thing that helped me the most is CARDIOKE .. lol I like to work out that have beats/music. and also WII FIT ! haha :)
I never went to the gym when I was losing those weight.
