My Goal here is to lose 30 pounds within 1 month. I've done it before and I believe I could do it again.
I use to be 180 and I dropped to 136lbs within 1 - 2months.
NO DRUGS NO PILLS OR ANYTHING
WORK OUT AND MINIMUM AMOUNT OF CALORIES what helped me lose those pounds.
