Current: 133 lbs. Food:  Cup o noodles Shrimp - 300 calories +  1 cup of rice & meat - 500 calories Strawberry Ice Cream - 140 calories Drink: Water water water :) Total Calories: GUARANTEE NOT MORE THAN 1 thousand.

July 20 --- Day 8
Yups I missed 4 days.  my bad. =’(  a lot of events been going on and I’ve been gaining and losing my weight … because of “certain stuff I’m drinking and eating” haha..  But I promise you, No more. I have to stick with my word and lose 25 pounds.  anyways,  Current Weight: 134 lbs. Lost weight: - 6 pounds  FOOD: Banana - 90 calories 4 Butterscotch candy...

Current Weight : 138 Food:  Lucas Ice Cream :  80 calories Drinks:  Green Tea to go : 0 Calories BUNCH OF WATER Total Intake: 80 calories. Work out: Cleaned the house Swimming for 1 1/2 hour   NEW WEIGHT: 134 .. YUPS i lost weight. GO FIGURE.

10 months ago, No one loved me
BEFORE and AFTER I use to weigh 180lbs. Around Summer ‘09. Around Sept. I decided I really need to start losing weight. And My weight dropped to 140lbs. around DECEMBER. since then my weight been going up and down around 133-140lbs.    FIND YOUR OWN INSPIRATION AND LOSE WEIGHT WITH ME :) <3
