Drink: Water water water

JULY 21 ---- Day 9
Current Weight: 134
Food: 1 banana - 90 calories 4 butter scotch candy - 80 calories
Drink: Orange Juice: 120 calories Milk - 60 calories
Work out: 30 mins Jog. Dig a hole .. Work out. walked around in Eastridge
Total Intake : 350 calories
This will never going to be ME again.

Yups I missed 4 days. my bad. =’( a lot of events been going on and I’ve been gaining and losing my weight … because of “certain stuff I’m drinking and eating” haha..
But I promise you, No more. I have to stick with my word and lose 25 pounds.

BEFORE and AFTER I use to weigh 180lbs. Around Summer ‘09. Around Sept. I decided I really need to start losing weight. And My weight dropped to 140lbs. around DECEMBER. since then my weight been going up and down around 133-140lbs.
